Pickup is offered at the departure point. This tour is for clients staying in hotels from the city of Puerto Morelos to the Dreams hotel in the Tulum area. From Bahía Petempich to Cancún we do not provide the service. We do not provide pick-up service in the city of Tulum or in the Tulum hotel zone. For clients staying in Tulum, the meeting point is the #TULUM sign on the way to the ruins of Tulum, near the "Tulum Tower", in the commercial center of the archaeological zone.
